Country Universities Centre Balonne

Bringing degrees closer to regional, rural and remote Australians

CUC Balonne will be established in St George and Dirranbandi, and will provide dedicated study and learning spaces.

Any student studying any degree through an Australian university is welcome to register with CUC Balonne for free access to high-speed Internet, modern technology, and general academic support.

Students also have the opportunity to build a network of like-minded fellow students and can take advantage of being part of a nation-wide learning community.

CUC Balonne is supported by the Balonne Shire Council.

About the Country Universities Centre Model

The mission of CUC is to provide regional people with the space and tools they need to create a vibrant and more prosperous future for themselves and their wider community.

Head to cuc.edu.au for more information about the operational centres around Australia.

When will the centres open?

It is anticipated that the Centres will open during Semester 1, 2021.

CUC Balonne will be part of a wider network of well-established centres.

If you would like to discuss your study requirements for next year, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
