Invitation for Proposals - Council's Washdown Bay

Balonne Shire Council is seeking proposals from interested parties for an arrangement to utilise Council's washdown bay. 

The washdown bay is a Baguley Engineering heavy duty steel industrial portable washdown system suitable for industrial and private use with side and top 45 deg angle sprayers, Grunsford x 2 pumps, underbody wash and 2000L water feed start tank with auto mains top up and lockable enclosed electrical operation board. 

Consideration of Proposals

  • Balonne Shire Council reserve the right to make the final decision on all proposals.
  • Should Council decide to proceed with a proposal and approach a partner, an agreement may be entered into with the partner/operator in accordance with the Council’s procurement guidelines and the desired outcomes sought by Council.
  • This proposal does not constitute a procurement of goods or services and the parties are not bound to any formal obligations until such time as a Memorandum of Understanding or agreement has been made.
