Business Traineeship - (Certificate III in Business Admin)

Council has received funding from the Queensland Government’s “Skilling Queenslanders for Work” initiative and is offering a traineeship in “Certificate III in Business (Administration)”

What does the trainee do?

The Business Administration Trainee is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support for Council’s Community and Environmental administration functions while under training through the traineeship.

This traineeship is full-time, for a fixed term of twelve months.

Administration Officer - Procurement

The Administration Officer – Procurement role supports compliant and efficient procurement across Council by providing advice, administrative assistance, and maintaining key systems and registers. It ensures policy adherence, assists with tenders, and contributes to good governance and operational effectiveness.

This role is Full Time Permanent and based in St George.
