CORPORATE PLAN 2025-2030
The Corporate Plan outlines Council’s vision, priorities, and goals for the next five years, and the feedback of local residents is crucial to ensure it reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.
In January 2025, Councillor's and Senior Management held a corporate planning day to better align the Corporate Plan with the future needs of the Shire, which resulted in the Draft Corporate Plan 2025-2030.
In March/April 2025, Council sought input from the local residents via an online survey in relation to the Draft Corporate Plan 2025-2030, with the feedback incorporated into the final Corporate Plan 2025-2030
