Dirranbandi Master Plan - Community Consultation
Council is developing a master plan for the Dirranbandi township and will be undertaking community consultation as part of the process.
The Dirranbandi Master Plan will guide future development of the Dirranbandi precinct for years to come.
This community consultation will be occurring in two stages.
STAGE ONE - INITIAL COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
An initial consultation was undertaken on 18 February, which was a drop-in format to give residents the opportunity to provide their individual input regarding what they would like to see occur in Dirranbandi.
There was an online survey to support this consultation, and feedback from the consultation session and online survey was used to develop a Draft Dirranbandi Master Plan for further consultation.
STAGE TWO - DRAFT MASTER PLAN CONSULTATION
Council has now used feedback from the initial consultation session to develop the Draft Dirranbandi Master Plan and is set to commence further consultation.
A community consultation session was held on 17 June to allow the community to view and discuss the draft plan. The plans displayed at this session are now available to view at the Dirranbandi Rural Transaction Centre.
