Dirranbandi Master Plan

Following an extensive community consultation, Council voted to endorse the final Dirranbandi Master Plan at their December 2025 meeting.

The Dirranbandi Master Plan will guide future development of the Dirranbandi precinct for years to come.

The Dirranbandi Master Plan outlines locations for open space and recreation, community infrastructure, maintaining community identity, culture and heritage as well as tourism development and economic opportunity.

The Master Plan was developed in collaboration with the local community with the first stage of consultation in February 2025 seeking community input into what they would like to see included in the Master Plan, which was then incorporated into a Draft Master Plan.

The Draft Master Plan was then presented to the community in June 2025 for their feedback, with that feedback used to develop the final Dirranbandi Master Plan, which was adopted by Council.
