Childcare needs: Dirranbandi and Mungindi

Balonne Shire Council, in partnership with Moree Plains Shire Council, is seeking information on the childcare needs of the Mungindi and Dirranbandi communities to assist potential providers in filling a service gap.

Responses from this survey will be shared with a potential provider and operator, DBS Child Care Services; neither Council specifically endorses any provider, but is willing to collect and provide necessary data to assist a potential provider in making a sound business decision.

Tackling Regional Adversity Through Intergrated Care

Queensland Health have decided to extend the TRAIC grant delivery timeframe until October 2021.

Community members can now decide if they would like to continue with the events and workshops outlined in their original project plans, or update them.

Council has already received applications for some new workshops and events, which have been added to the revised 2021 Project Plans.
