About Right to Information

You can apply to access information held by Council or to have your personal information amended if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date or misleading.
The key goals of the Right to Information Act 2009 are to:

protect the privacy of individuals.
The aim of these initiatives is to promote increased openness, transparency and accountability for the Balonne Shire Council.
